The idea of buying a product made with special efforts to save its environmental impact appeals to many – and I personally appreciate the effort. It’s great to see such care taken to produce such a product without expecting the consumer to sacrifice quality or usability. Acer Aspire Vero fulfills this task. It’s a capable machine with above-average specs that can handle most anything anyone would want from it. It won’t be a high-end gaming machine, but it won’t come with such a price.
It’s priced at a low $899.99 compared to similarly equipped computers. Laptops with 16GB of RAM, 1TB of storage, a high-resolution display, and a 12th-generation 10-core processor can easily cost $1,200 more than competitors. While it aims to sound like a value product itself, it’s a good value.
It also has a good chance of being packaged in an environmentally friendly reusable plastic container that looks attractive and durable. In my opinion, it looks like a good general-purpose computer that will appeal to environmentally conscious consumers who need a capable laptop.
