If you’re looking for the latest news, sports stories and things to do in Tampa Bay, you can now download our new mobile app to your phone or tablet and let us send you notifications.
The new app features a regularly updated news feed and lets you choose which topics interest you with just a few taps. You also have easy access to the Tampa Bay Times email. newspaper.
Read instructions on how to download the app and receive notifications.
(If you already have the old app, you’ll need to go to the app store and download the new one. We’ll stop publishing content in the old app in the coming weeks.)
Download and open the new Tampa Bay Times app from the App Store (you can also find the app here).

When you open the app, the home page will look like the image below. Tap the Settings button in the lower right corner of the screen.

There you will find many useful tabs, including a user guide. Tap on the Reading Preferences tab.

Here you will be able to choose how the main page of the application will be opened. You can choose live news or our email. newspaper. Once selected, tap update.

Tap the back arrow in the upper left corner to see other settings, or tap Live News in the lower left corner to return to the app’s home page. You can also see the email newspaper by tapping the “E-mail” button. newspaper” at the bottom of the screen.

Explore all your options
Tap the big green button in the center at the bottom of the screen. This will take you to a screen where you can select which topics you want to view and receive alerts. Click “Edit” to change them using the minus buttons on the right.
