Patna Pirates dominated most of the match, but Bengaluru Bulls never lost hope during their Pro Kabaddi League match at the Sri Kanteerava Indoor Stadium in Bengaluru on Sunday. Going into the final minutes of the match, the Pirates took a comfortable lead, but the Bulls went all-out and tackled Rohit Galia to tie the game at 31-31.
Sachin made some raids as Patna Pirates took a 6-4 lead in the 9th minute. Manish tackled Vikash Kandola to help Pirates extend their lead further. The team from Patna went all out in the 11th minute to take a commanding lead of 12-5. Bharat went on to make a brilliant multi-point raid in the 14th minute, but the Pirates dominated the match at 16-7. The Pirates continued their rampage and ended the first half with a 19-10 lead.
India scored two raid points and the Bulls tackled Rohit Galia in the opening minutes of the second half, but the Pirates still held a comfortable 22-15 lead. All-rounder Mohammadreza Shadloi Chiania also joined the party as Pirates extended their lead.
Kandola found it difficult to break down the Pirates defense as Patna made it 27-20 in the 34th minute. However, the Bulls went all out and India made two raids in the dying moments of the match, but they still trailed at 30-31. Then, the Bulls hit Golia in the final seconds of the game to tie the game at 31-31.
